Last night while hanging out with friends, I felt my chair start to move... I wondered for a moment if it perhaps was a truck driving by, or the building settling. But no, when we all said "did you feel that?" we knew.... it was an earthquake. It ended up being a small one...only 4.0, which is probably good because otherwise I may have needed therapy. Let us not forget the months after the 2003 Oklahoma tornado...
I'm so glad I have my 72 hour kit ready to go. San Francisco living!
