1. I am going back to Southern California tomorrow to give it another try... haven't had much luck there the last two openings, so hopefully the 3rd times the charm.
2. I have been home in Utah this weekend for Fathers day. On Sunday night, after sitting out in the yard and watching the nieces play in the hose... we were all together eating strawberries and winding down... I had a small moment where I felt like I needed to drive up to Oakcrest... (the summer camp I worked at in Utah) as if I had a week ahead of me with a group of 13 year old girls... I haven't worked at Oakcrest in 7 years. It was almost like a weird dream... like the ones when you are in school and you're late for class... so odd...
3. I am looking for a new apartment in San Francisco. I have had nothing but random problems in my current apartment... but no matter how much I look, I know I can't afford more than what I have. I don't like feeling stuck and poor. *sigh* I really moved to San Francisco to take a step forward in life... but with the cost of living in SF, I took 3 steps back. I am back at entry level. I'm too old to be at entry level.
4. I am on a new diet plan. No more bread, butter, or mayo. I also run on the treadmill for an hour a day, no matter what hotel I am in. Although-- I'm sorry, I'm not ready to give up my one vice in life... which is Coca Cola. Sometimes I have half diet/half regular... but it is the one thing I look forward to Its like the little guy in the picture is on my right shoulder telling me to "drink....more.....Coke..." I guess if that means I am fat, then... I am fat.

5. I wonder how the Pigeons in SF that are missing feet and toes actually got that way... is it a genetic defect or were they wounded in battle?
6. Why do I look daily at everyone elses blogs and am disappointed when they are not updated... yet fail to update mine more than once or twice a month?
7. I haven't left my chair (except for bathroom breaks and walking 10 feet in search of food) since 9:00 this morning.
8. What if the hokey pokey really is what its all about??

I think blogging takes "making a goal for yourself". Tell yourself you will blog once a week... then slowly move it to two... eventually you will be standing in line somewhere and you'll think "oh... I have a great blog idea!"
I like the random thoughts. I think I might have to do that one day!
"I neeeeeeed more Coke!"
appropriate that we were listening to the Jekyll & Hyde soundtrack while cleaning/packing and this was my first thought.
Hilarious! I totally hear you on the blog update thing. I've been a slacker! I think I'm suffering from a major bad attitude this month. Hopefully I'll snap out of it soon and be able to update mine more often.
